A lot of clients to balance

The tech is helpful to manage the insane workload they give you.

The management here is so out of touch. The leadership is young and immature clearly because they can’t handle feedback. In a “Town Hall” meeting they called to address any concerns we had they rolled their eyes at every comment and laughed when people spoke up. And then everyone who spoke up was fired. Literally. Jaw dropped. It’s sad to watch because the platform is great but they’ll probably eventually make it into an AI version because they won’t be able to keep the trainers. Currently on my way out because I don’t support a company culture like that at all. If you are a customer of Trainwell, a word of warning: it’s a personal trainer being advertised but what you are getting is AI. There’s no other way you can individually manage over 100 clients.
