Good customers, slave driving office - Recensione dipendente - Field Service Technician presso Trane Technologies

Awful treatment by the office causing constant turn over. Technician are treated terribly, office talks to technicians like they are children, we work over 60-70 hours a week every week to make up for the low staff, VERY low pay for HVAC service work, no work/life balance.... its become really bad here, was not always this way
