Pay and commissions.It pays the bills.The products are good and very sellable.The transistion from Monumental to Transamerica will be a positive change.I think the company is going in the right direction at this time.

Moody Sales Managers that don't help out.Very High turnover.13 out of 19 sales agents are new at under a year in the job.Wasting gas chasing down the collectible business at $4.00 a gallon and 25% of pay.This is all stemming from when Monumental was at the helm going into Transamerica.

great account management team. Great bosses. pension. decent benefits. managers allow flexibility.

the account managers are the only ones held accountable. other departments don't answer emails for weeks, don't do their jobs and no one in upper management cares. directly effects account managers so you get yelled at by clients and brokers a lot. don't get paid enough to do the job of the account manager and take on the other departments work.
