This is one of the worst places to work, the company is 100+ yrs old and acts its age. The decision makers all sit in Cedar Rapids, IA have no clue of the real world, they sit in their little silo of Iowa and they think the rest of the company should be run like they do it in Cedar Rapids.
They are afraid of anything new and want to do it the same way today as it was done 50 years ago.
If you want to join this company it better ONLY be in Iowa or you will have no opportunity for advancement or chance to be recognized.
The people that make the decisions will not spend any money in technology they just want to be that company that is successful just because of their name recognition.
