More Waiting On Getting Disppatched On Loads or To Get Loaded and Unloaded, I average about 1800 miles was told minimum is 2200 and average 2400/week! I've put in detention & layover pay and have been waiting for it over 2 months! The time management and getting hometime is all out of wack it's just been a terrible experience for me as a 5 year driver I've been at this company for 3 months to give them time to make me happy also for my dm and I can build chemistry and I still get the same results! I don't know if it's my Dm because he blames everything on the KBX planner! Trailer equipment is never kept up!
