- They always pay on time - 30 days from invoicing on the dot. - Mostly small projects; paid on a per page basis. I have never come across a project longer than 5 pages, most commonly they range from 1 to 3 pages. - The PMs are very nice and helpful; always trying their best to assist freelancers. - You can set your own rates which, in my experience, become accepted if you have the proper qualifications and are able to deliver promptly.

- The deadlines for the projects are always shorter than 24 hrs, with few or no exceptions, on a 24-7 basis. This means that if you take on a project on Friday you deliver it on a Saturday etc. - Projects are handled via a massive pool, which means, given the very short deadlines, that one project may be assigned by one PM, with another PM following up before delivery, and a third one giving feedback upon or after delivery. Many times you have to repeat the same instructions/clarifications to a different person, though you may have mentioned the same things a short while ago.
