Work environment, compensation, benefits package is outstanding, company pays benefit premiums for employee and family, work-space is great Everyone is down to earth and this is a great place to work. Company supports their employees goals and the work-life balance is tremendous. No one micromanages here! I have no complaints with the company or management, true professionals at TFI

No pressure to perform: company is stagnant and tolerates anything! The hard workers are abused by the ones that play games on their cell phones and/or browse the web while sitting around all day chatting.

This company is going nowhere fast! Leadership has no industry background or knowledge, and lacks role-specific credentials. While competitors experience double digit growth in an expanding market, those running the business cannot provide clarity or direction, content with making excuses to the parent company - an international conglomerate that is told they simply don't understand the U.S. market. Meanwhile, employee turnover is huge, and the place is a lawsuit waiting to happen because there are those in leadership positions unable to control the disparaging comments that spew out whenever a problem surfaces.
