The salary was not according to responsibilities, and there were not many benefits besides restaurant checks and German classes (only for beginner levels). The equipment provided was not the best. High turnover of staff. Responsibilities were more than what was advertised in the offer. Previously agreed deadlines were not respected, and colleagues expected that you modify your schedule instead of finishing their part of the project on time. From the start, unclear instructions and a lack of leadership from management led to misunderstandings and discussions between colleagues. Ultimately, blame for errors was transferred to you. There was also unprofessiobehaviourrviour from close colleagues. When mentioned to management, they just dismissed it. Colleagues who have been there longer are not open to any chasuggestionseven after explaining why things are not working and pointing out possible solutions.
