      Interesting industry that is growing, good location, most people are nice. Works if you want a paycheck.

      Svantaggi

      Flat organization, lack of leadership. CEO micromanages everything and doesn't allow for employees to input. Pay is not to industry standards. Benefits package is poor. Lack of career growth.

      No pros really, look at the cons

      - Super long interview process (took them a month to conduct 4 interviews and send an offer) - Salary is just LAUGHABLE for requirements and this kind of lengthy interview process - No sense of team collaboration or good working culture (interviewers looked tired and uninterested)
