Great company to work for.

Benefits are not that great.

You get to wear jeans and flip flops. The dress is very casual. Two people were friendly. Other than that, I don't have very much else to say as a Pro for this company.

Management is very autocratic, demeaning, and insulting. They are constantly on top of you criticizing everything you do. They are very ungrateful, seemed to enjoy bullying their employees and very power-tripping. The owner promised to give you more money after your 90 days and did not. They did this to other employees as well. They only offer a little over $200.00 a month towards your health insurance.
