- Non transparent managemnt - Non existant HR - Traded Promotions - Job insecurities - Changing priorities - Leadership Team is total chaos - Poor decision making in leadership - 90% employees looking out and willing to leave - Negative Word of mouth from ex and present employees - Company culture deteriorating - Revenue, clients and customers trying alternatives to CIBIL due to poor client management and dispute rederssal
