Do not invest in employees at all. I have been here 2+ years have not seen anyone ever get promoted. Never was invested in as an employee at all. Was never sent to any trainings, conferences, work trips, travel, no continual education, etc. They are so cheap. Only will develop senior employees, good luck growing your career and developing if you're below that.
Business is in a constant state of appeasing stakeholders and Australia, never based in reality. Constant promises of "strategy" but no action. Leadership has no real idea of what goes on, honestly don't think they care, since their job is basically making up their own narrative.
