The employee strenght is a plus point here and the crowd is very young and energetic. A young team allows you to come up with innovative idea and that in turn makes the workplace fun to work

NO proper HR policy, they will create their own policies. And policies changes time to time as per CEO's thought. No proper management, no proper recognition for the work done by the employees. no proper Review. At times HR also needs to support the employees not only the managements.
