Love the company culture here - strong family values at the heart based on the founder's experience of becoming sick overseas and never wanting someone else to experience what we went through. Based on what I've seen, they really do put the customer first and deliver an exceptional experience and also care deeply about staff. During Covid they went above and beyond to arrange alternative employment for call centre staff so they would have an income, rather than standing them down. The proposition is truly unique with the ability to settle claims in real time - it's exciting to be part of a business that is innovating and could truly revolutionise an industry New office space is stunning with amazing views of Sydney Harbour

Occasional out of hours calls due to time difference with HQ in Israel

Fantastic culture, professional colleagues and a winning proposition. There were lots of career progression opportunities as it was a new company which grew quickly. It was a fun place to work, lots of staff events, monthly all company lunches, guest speakers and celebrations. Great offices with breathtaking views!

Covid! and there was a lot of work to do given it was a company at set up and rapid growth. Those who didn't pull their weight as the rest struggled.
