Small company, people extremely friendly and supportive. Just hired Michael Alexin, formerly of Target, to improve the product, catalog, etc. He's great!

Sometimes difficult because ultimately owned by HSN.

Small company run under the umbrella of a larger company HSN gave the work environment a family feel. There were/are a lot of really great and talented people working in all departments. It was the best job I ever had and I formed a lot of close friendships that still remain long after we no longer work there. The job was great and the people were great and someone always brought snacks.

Small company run under the umbrella of a larger company HSN. This led to some problems within on what should and shouldn't be done for improvements. I saw a lot of people leave and a lot of overworked people stay. Not having a big enough budget to pay the employees a competitive wage led to a shortage of people and some overworked and unhappy employees.
