      Really good people seemingly due to low payment so no internal competition. People actively told me about their low payment without me asking them. Chances to learn a lot from solid old methods due to the lack of new technology.

      Company didn't invest in critical technical tools needed for the business, I even saw email communications from 6 years ago potential business partners refused to work together due to the same reason. Being taught to make up numbers and lie.

      Bad management, lack of transparency, very low salaries and no future. if they hired you as a junior, you will stay as a junior till the end, because they hire juniors to get all the job done and pay very little money. It's never safe, yearly lay-offs of 5 to 10 people. Most probably you will work as a junior for 1-2 years and then get laid off.

      1. Company struggling financially 2. Lay-offs, after lay-offs after lay-offs 3. Office location is terrible 4. There is no strategic planning at all; just improvisation, jumping from one poor business opportunity to the next one 5. They hire mostly juniors to pay cheap salaries and noone ever gets promoted 6. There is no empowerment at all 7. Strong micro management culture promoted by the CEO
