Management are dismissive and doesn’t care for employees. There had been several accounts of racism and sexism within our department including other department but it gets brushed off Management will dismiss you if you highlight issues that is affecting employees Toxic environment, high stress High staff turnover in some departments. Issues with dismissing staff without evidence. This place is not POC friendly especially for south asian women. The treatment and disrespect I have received is not okay at all, I am convinced some of these reviews are fake. Please if you are a young woman especially a woman of colour . don’t even bother with this place, they present themselves as ‘disability friendly and all inclusive’ but they’re not. If you want to be overloaded with stress, gaslighted by HR and dismissed without formal ‘evidence’ (dismissed other staff members) I would not even bother. This is the most toxic environment with my years of working in corporate. I have also had mistreatment from my seniors and experienced sexism. Even if you speak out you will get blamed or gaslighted
