The partners and staff are amazing and are very welcoming/helpful. We all consider each other family. Wonderful work/life balance and a lot of flexibility to work remotely and schedule weekday appointments as needed. Generous pay, bonuses, and benefits.

Organization and procedures could be improved. Sometimes, the area of law can get a little dry, but those are minor cons compared to the many pros.
