Management is not trained before placed into position. Its based off your rank G-5, G-6, etc. You can get any position even if you dont have experience hence why managers have been fired in the past. They need more organization and they need to be there more for the employees. At one time we had more than 35 people quit in a year and we were a staff of 65. People that were there 15years even quit. 🤷‍♀️ what can you say. The management there at cdc 2 is way better than the past 3 years so the center does have hope
