I applied to this company because the industry (technology) is very progressive and the job tasks for the role are what I am looking for. I am happy to be hired here. The office is comfy. Generally, co-workers are nice and approachable. Happy that the managers to top Management are open for discussions and feedback. I believe the Management and the employees are open to changes and improvements which is amazing.

When I started, I thought that the communication and boundaries among departments were lacking. As the time goes by, I am happy that this is being continuously improved and getting better. I am happy to see the changes and hope the organization and its employees continue to improve for the better.

Supportive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity. Opportunities to work on exciting fintech and digital transformation projects. Great exposure to marketing strategies across different industries. Management is approachable and open to new ideas. A company that values innovation, inclusion, and professional growth.

Compensation is on the modest side, but it’s balanced by the valuable learning opportunities and supportive work environment.
