Take long detailed case studies as part of the "FINAL ROUND" during interviews, dont revert back to the candidate. STEAL all the ideas to increase their Pacakge 2nd order repeat rates where intensive research and work was done with many flagship ideas. Was told that the final round will be a case study ppt with the CEO who only cares about herself and her influencer fraud brand takes 2 weeks to get back with a rejection with no explaination what so ever. Wanted an option for attachment here so that I can show to everyone here the PPT and take their reviews to see if the people feel the same. There needs to be better candidate / labour laws where we can sue these fraudsters
