good team, nice to come to the office every day. overtime relatively rare. salary ok.

CEO is inexperienced in his role, leading to lack of focus in management. COO is better but unfortunately not enough to counter the CEO. Lack of focus, regularly changing requirements & strategies. Also too many meetings.

Good and nice team with a very positive attitude
