Management is completely disconnected and spends little to no time in the actual park and expects a "Disneyland-like experience" from seasonal staff. Equipment is not maintained properly, technically full time but they won't give you more than 35 hours. Ignore all your scheduling conflicts and put you in whenever. If guests in the park actually saw how this place is built and maintained it would probably go out of business. The place is way too overpriced and will pack way too many people into the park at once. This leads to complaints from guests that the staff is performing poorly when the staff is undertrained and understaffed constantly. Have been told in the past to give ill-fitting harnesses and gear to guests to fit more people in the park at the risk of the guest's actual safety.
