Treepublic has a great group of people who are passionate about what they do, are very knowledgeable, and provide an environment for significant growth opportunity. There is a lot of autonomy within the company to do work efficiently as you see fit, good ideas are always welcome, and there is a positive uplifting work culture. Continued learning and instruction is always provided. A positive work life balance is given, and the management holds a view of all people should enjoy where they work is part of the culture. All this considered, everyone is still held to a high standard to provide quality work to our clients.

Each role in the company may have a bit of overlap in terms of wearing different hats, so if you are not the type of person open to this and prefer rigid corporate structure, this is not that type of work environment.

The energy at this workplace is great and it has made working in solar fun for me again. The owner is nice, very professional and has a high standard for everything. This is reflected in all the different areas of the company. Customers and employees are taken care of well. At the same time due to the nature of the business it’s a challenging work environment that will help you grow and expand your skills. It will it get boring working here and the challenges make it a very fulfilling work place. This is a growing company with lots of room to grow for each employee.

This is a growing company that doesn’t have set rigid structures. This isn’t really a con. However if you don’t like wearing multiple hats and if you prefer rigid structures then this might not be the place for you.
