Great community, cool people on the operations staff, occasionally satisfying work. Feels good to do something that feels beneficial for the city.

Embarrassingly low pay, lack of ecological focus in the Beltline program, inaccessible management, cramped operations space, not enough tools to go around, too many field employees. Feels like management didn’t think things through before expanding rapidly.
