Above average Salary and benefits. Great people outside of senior management. You have given responsibilities since day one, therefore you can really learn very quickly.

They terminated employees without any notice or compensations. There is no seniority level in Data science all the team still learning with almost same experience even the team lead don't have experience in data science . HR and company policy very bad they don't have any kind of compensations for over time how ever they always make employees to work over time . They are restricted to policies that benefit the company only and neglect the other .

the company supports all the employees to learn and take real opportunities to add value and to implement their own ideas and share in decision making even junior employees , CEO always cares about employees interests , and makes sure that they have a comfortable environment , also the company provide a very good package including salary , medical and social insurance

lack of seniors , difficulties in hiring new people due to bad HR
