Trendex owners are caring and honest people whom I respect and value not only as an employer but as friends. They truly care about their employees as people and not just as employees.

The industry and market they are in, commercial printing and packaging, is continuing to decline. I am not sure if they have a clear vision for their future and sometimes rely on outside sources, who are not familiar with their industry or client base.

Variety of work,good people. Management keeps an open mind on the changes in the industry,and tries to enable the company as a whole into future business. The company brought in a program from Aflac to help its employees.

Multiple businesses in the shop have led into separation of the departments as a whole. Due to buying out other companies,the wages don't increase and medical was taken out.
