The CEO is great! She is extremely knowledgeable, she governs with honor, she is down to earth, and very kind. Friendly team/staf Most staff in the clinic setting are Union, so they feel supported and that they have a voice. They do thoughtful things for their staff throughout the year. There is NO push for production (# of encounters per day) that could compromise patient care. Great benefits package-the best I’ve seen It’s not run like a mafia!!! My experience in other FQHCs is that if you are “friends” with admin or are members of their family, behaviors go unchecked and people are allowed to do whatever they want at the cost of good patient care and employee mental and physical health. One thing with the current CEO is she doesn’t tolerate it at all! If she finds out that people are unethical or aren’t supporting our mission, she directly addresses it without hesitation. She truly loves this organization, its patients and its staff. Kristy Needham’s leadership is unmatched.

Nelly is a great department leader.

CEO=Unqualified to run a business. Unprofessional and poor communicator, loses her temper with ease. Focused on personal vendettas rather than helping the community. Clinical Operations=absolute joke! Making changes without evaluating the impact of her actions and unable to take feedback. Director of operations=unqualified for the position, looks frazzled even on the best of days, and unwashed hair is not a good look on anyone. Poor company image from all angles.
