      I would love to work for Quadrant homes because the build such a great product . The staff is very helpful and kind .

      I would imagine that if there was a down side to this company it would be it's size for some people . However I have talked to many people about Quadrant homes and that has not been expressed by anyone .

      Amazing leadership who genuinely care and are very flexible. Great communication from Marketing Director. The culture is great. Free Breakfast once a week. Half day on Fridays. Work life balance.

      Poor Leadership, Micromanaging to the point of workplace bullying/harassment. VP and President known for unprofessional behaviors- silent treatment, undermining, retaliatory. Extreme turnover. Use company resources for personal gain.
