      Working as a warranty representative doesn’t much change no matter what builder you’re employed with; but the culture of that company definitely matters. Tri Pointe Homes is full of people who care about a positive atmosphere while providing a bountiful work-life balance.

      Warranty Department= Complaint Department. Like I said, that doesn’t change no matter what builder you work for.

      Amazing leadership who genuinely care and are very flexible. Great communication from Marketing Director. The culture is great. Free Breakfast once a week. Half day on Fridays. Work life balance.

      Poor Leadership, Micromanaging to the point of workplace bullying/harassment. VP and President known for unprofessional behaviors- silent treatment, undermining, retaliatory. Extreme turnover. Use company resources for personal gain.
