There has been a shift in the allocation of our marketing funds but this is not due to our new parent company. Statistics have shown that 85% of home buyers begin their search for a new home online - therefore we have made the move to redirect our marketing dollars to that medium and focus on digital initiatives vs old school marketing techniques. This is a trend we see occurring industry wide. We also currently have and will continue to maintain an active Realtor Rewards Program. Our company understands the role they play in our success.
