They have great flooring products and are financially stable. Solid inventory.

The refuse to put compensation in writing…..they tell you they will never change your territory, take accounts away from you or hire additional people to help cover your territory unless you request the help. They then try to force you into other roles. They do this by luring you in by telling you they will pay you very generously, without giving you anything in writing. Once they have you on the line, they, they revise the offer to something that’s really no better than what you have. When you decline the role, they try to guilt you into changing your mind by telling you your decision will negatively impact the team and the future goals of Tri-West. They then tell you expectations for your current role will be changing. In my case, they told me my guarantee had expired and I will now be going to a draw and commission. There was no mention of this change prior to my declining the position.
