The employees in the Las Vegas Office were helpful and made you feel like part of the team from the first day. The claims manager was knowledgeable and helpful. I found it to be a positive work environment.

The benefits are not affordable. Even with the generous salary. If you have to add a spouse or family it is costly. More than any other place I had worked.

Friendly atmosphere, no micro managing - trusted to do your job.

No training program, growing pains and not pro-active in adapting to it.
