95% of the time there is no management on site, and you never know when they just pop in. It is a true corporate click without the corporate atmosphere. If you confidentially speak to a higher up it us repeated and you are black balled. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing in management, and you are told many different things,and trained many different ways. If you have proof in hand about a issue, willing to dhow what is happening, they will NEVER ask to see it.
