      There us only 1 one reason to work here, and it is you can work from home.

      95% of the time there is no management on site, and you never know when they just pop in. It is a true corporate click without the corporate atmosphere. If you confidentially speak to a higher up it us repeated and you are black balled. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing in management, and you are told many different things,and trained many different ways. If you have proof in hand about a issue, willing to dhow what is happening, they will NEVER ask to see it.

      Managment is very open to suggestions and change. All employees have the option to work from home. Pay is in range of other companies.

      The people at this company are great. I love my coworkers and all of the management are very approachable.

      This is a growing company with typical growing pains. If you are not an advocate of change, this is not the place for you. You must be able to work as part of a team.
