3y1.0 stars I would not recommend this company to anyone. Curious that there are kind and hard working employees but then there are 2 people the CEO and COO who ruin everything. I love being a CEO, but I only have direct contact with 3-5 employees as direct reports. I wish I could say that I was all powerful and creating this level of havoc, but its simply not true because if I was I would be a tornado or force of nature that no one could stop. Often times I think when CEOs for example are blamed its because its easy to be their fault. At the end of the day the buck stops there. Thats true for me, I hold myself at the highest level of accountablity. But I shouldn't hold myself to a level of accountability above everyone's standards for themselves. A team in 2023 at TR and why I love it so much, is that I get to be a part of it, a human with mistakes and great ideas and I am treated like everyone else. I love that, its a relief to be an environment where we all feel included. I hope you feel included where you are and you know that you are special.
