If you can present your reasoning well and back it with fundamental research you will find a receptive core leadership that wants the whole company moving towards betterment. The culture is receptive to helping those who help themselves. Questions and issues are addressed in a direct manner and it feels like a team effort as long as you bring your share of the work to the table.

You have to be a self-starter, there is not alot of hand holding and sometimes it may feel like you are tossed in the deep end and required to figure out your way of solving the issues. For some, this works fine, for others, it does not.
