Fast-paced environment that offers flexibility and lots of growth opportunities. Extremely lucky I got to work directly with a highly-motivated and motivating TA that helped in every way imaginable. Martin is hands-down the best employer I have ever worked for. Business-savvy but still down-to-earth. I had to leave the company due to my relocation, and I still think about Tribe in an extremely positive way. I worked here for just a few months, but I've always felt heard and appreciated.

Culture is great, a lot of young people, really laid back atmosphere, occasional offsites paid fully by the company. Team leads are great. In general, amazing experience with people. Fully remote, flexible hours depending on the client. Salary is amazing, especially if you are in a country with lower living standard.

There is only one bigger client who basically holds the entire company together. When the client no longer needs people, they are not able to keep people on the bench or offer them other clients, so people are being let go and there is constant uncertainty about that, as you never know when will be your last day. There is also a constant push to be included in projects under the parole of additional contribution to the company, but projects are mostly pointless and are just here for the sake of being here, they don't have any meaningful impact on the growth. However, they do require additional time besides client work, which could get really demanding.
