Core values and performance was excellent

Good financial performance in PA not good in other markets

Medical, Dental, and Vision plans are good. IRA matching is outstanding. Generally good people to work with. Great place to get foot into the Oil and Gas Industry.

Work to home balance is very bad. Upper management really only cares about individuals when the individual force them to. Other's mistakes that have effects on you are not punished. Lied to about promotions, raises, time off, and paid leaves. Other refuse to pull wait and work, but your expected to work harder to make up for it, while making the same. "Core Values" are a joke. Only followed when uppers need to look good or be used against an employee.
