My team and my manager were great, always supporting each other with guidance, work loads and stress. Diversity is very good in the company

Pay is awful Higher management do not support their team, the workloads were to much but expected to be completed The teams did not have enough people for the workload Higher management would promote within the friends group It’s very clicky and if you don’t fit you will be excluded Higher management do not listen to their team Some higher management is repairs are aggressive and abusive

The mission of the organisation is great, especially with the larger players pulling out of care and support, Trident continue to provide the vital services.

Generally the pension and pay is not as great.
