I have had the opportunity to grow and try many different aspects of my job over my time at Trident through strong mentoring and guidance from my management. Since the acquisition by LightRidge Solutions, we have been afforded even more opportunities to grow and work alongside our sister companies. Employees have greater insight into job growth and opportunities as the company has grown. Trident is a great place for engineers looking to prove their skill sets and climb the ladder quickly.

As Trident has grown, more engineers have joined who do not understand the vision/mission for the company, and act like it's something it isn't (a place to focus on themselves, a place where they are entitled to promotions without being better than their peers, a place where they make the business decisions for the company). This makes it hard for those of us working to build strong technological foundations that can transform our industry.
