      Great work environment where you feel you are part of a community that is trying to help and push everyone to achieve their highest potential.

      Very little bad to say. The only negative thing I see is that the business model is not very sustainable. They scale up for one big project then let all the employees go after the project wraps. For longevity they definitely need to have multiple project running and keep artists in house for longer periods.

      Remote access was quite slow with a lot of delay but I believe the biggest problem is because I'm in Brazil accessing the machines in South Africa.

      Amazing people. Great company culture, you really feel like a part of a family. Work-life balance is fair.

      Remote work can feel a little isolating sometimes, would be great to have more in-person meet ups. New job offers/contracts are done super last minute in my experience, it's a little frustrating being kept in the dark for so long.
