Not a very diverse environment.

Anyone could do whatever they wanted because upper management didn’t seem to care.

Company had no integrity and no original work. No one seemed to be an expert in anything and behind the scenes everyone was making things up as they went. I learned very little to help me in my career. They cared more about the bells and whistles than being thoughtful and smart. This constantly fooled clients.
