-There is an extremely low rate of Bipoc representation, with zero people of color holding management positions. -Opportunity and Pay rates between whites and people of color are extremely out of balance. -Their Gottex Canadian HR department has nothing to do with the US company. Expect to have errors on your taxes due to the lack of US policy/law knowledge. -There are no yearly employee reviews so you’ll be stuck in the same position for as long as you allow it. -Old timers underperform constantly and get away with lengthy vacations not taking the company calendar under consideration. You’ll be playing catch-up for them later on. -Unprofessional terminations. -This is also a place where lawyer involved, mishandling of company data is no obstacle to special treatment.
