he majority of staff communicate in a language I didn’t understand, making it difficult to integrate, as 97% spoke amongst themselves. It felt isolating and raised questions about whether this is the new reality. There's a significant lack of diversity, and the environment was unwelcoming. HR had serious flaws, but from a corporate standpoint, they masterfully repeated the same untruthful narratives, turning them into policy. The teamwork feels more like war games—unreal episodes of "Is this really happening?" Definitely not my cup of tea. Staff struggles with even basic tasks like cleaning up after themselves, so it's a hard pass for me.The workplace atmosphere felt like a version of the Hunger Games, with toxic attitudes and constant issues. If you ever decide to work there, take pride in every moment you endure, because when you leave, you'll feel like you're in Sinatra's "Heaven."
