Great Co-workers, Horrible management - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Trinity Exploration & Production

I am so happy I found this site to give this review. I left in 2014 but I did hear that many of the old managers are still there. -Some of the managers were really patient and understanding, but the supervisors in the Corporate Resources Team and Executive Management Team were the absolute worst. Both women were self-centered, bad attitude, would quarrel with staff for simple mistakes and my supervisor would have us do most of the work when she didn't really do much (but would take credit for our hard work). I was also treated horribly by some of the staff members as if they were above me and I experienced racism from one of the expats which I regret not telling management. My final straw was when they tried to blame me for something that I didn't do which could have harmed my reputation. All in all, I only liked there for the health insurance, but I am happy I left that toxic supervisor. -Too much organizational politics. it's really hard to be promoted in that company.
