      Team atmosphere. Easy-moderate job to learn. The job is what you make it. Work from home with bad weather and around the holidays.

      Svantaggi

      It really should be a hybrid job. No upward mobility. Management is in another state (pro and con) so there are times when guidance is minimal at best. The job can get boring (periods of significant down time or it feels like everything is on fire and you can’t keep up).
