- Available overtime - PTO is earned pretty quickly - Company is pretty good with hiring from within

- Training can be a little lacking at times - You have to use your PTO for your sick time - Company does hire from within, but a great candidate might lose out due to nepotism

Good benifits and PTO accrued time off.

Svantaggi

Micro managed and toxic work environment. The managers are always asking for you to do more then what is in your job description without and extra pay. They micromanage clock k times, lunch breaks and PTO time requested.
