The diversified portfolio of products shows the longevity of this company. People are very friendly and has the old school professional business environment where everyone says hello to each other in the hall. You can tell employees genuinely like working with together – there are celebrations for birthdays, births, and pictures of "inside jokes" on cubes and offices. The Dallas headquarter location is great too - just north of downtown with easy access to uptown, downtown, and a short ride to Addison.

The pace internally can feel a little slow at times, but it's because there is such a focus on quality and setting up measurements for success. That's really not a con but can feel a little frustrating at times if you are use to a different pace.
