I can't say enough about how important it is to get as much training and mentorship as possible when starting a career in commercial real estate. The opportunity to have endless mentorship from some of the best brokers in the industry is what attracted me to Trinity REIS and I have not been let down. I don't think that I could have received this much quality coaching if I were at any other brokerage. Other pros include: - Support and resources that aren't typically offered to commercial real estate agents at other brokerages (lead generation, marketing, transaction coordination, etc.) -Fun environment - Option for a base salary which is very helpful for a lot of agents starting out - Lots of office camaraderie and opportunity to work with other driven professionals - Very thorough new hire training - Incredibly approachable senior leaders/ managers with an open door policy - Zero office politics - No quotas, micro-managing, etc.

The only con that I can think of is having to deal with some challenges with our new CRM. However, I'm sure that all of the kinks will be worked out soon and there is a lot of upside because we now have a Salesforce platform.
